Using This Website
This website is provided for information purposes. By using it you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse its content or systems.
Quotes & Proposals
Prices shown are starting points. Every project is confirmed with a written fixed-price quote after a discovery call. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects are invoiced 50% to commence and 50% on launch. Care plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days.
Scope & Revisions
Each package includes the revision rounds stated at the time of purchase. Additional scope or revisions beyond that are quoted separately and only proceed with your written approval.
Intellectual Property
On final payment, you own the design, content and code we produce for your project, along with your domain and accounts. We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Hosting & Support
Support periods are stated per package. After the support period ends, hosting, security updates and ongoing changes are provided through a Care plan. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party changes to platforms outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
We deliver our work with professional care, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the project concerned.
